CIY BLTS RNR

CIY was fun.  it was so good to meet the kids!  we had a really good time with the sponsors too-- its also great to know that we'll have friends when we get to keokuk, very exciting!  we also found out that timmy's whole family is going to meet us and help move in!  we can't wait!

but back to ciy.  we were at the same session that i went to in like 2000 and committed my life to ministry, so i was pretty emotionally excited to be there with timmy being introduced as a youth minister.  it was exciting.  i watched a talent show with a girl named patience, she was really fun, and while we weren't "making fun" of anyone, we were laughing A LOT.  she was fun.

it was awesome to see so many of our friends working with CIY, in the band, on the videos, behind the scenes, as youth ministers with other groups, it was really exciting. 

today we're in fayetteville relaxing.  and i mean, reeeeelaxing.  we woke up late, ate delicious breakfast, went swimming, then took a nap.  at first we were having a hard time with this whole "nothing to do" thing, but we're getting the hang of it now : )

right now, im getting hungry, so i think its time for some BLT's.  (see how i tied the title into the post?  i hate titles.)
